Application Process:

1.  Please complete the Windswept Academy Application and return it either, in person to:

             Monday - Friday

             Hours:  9:00 am - 2:00 pm

2.  Windswept Academy personnel will contact you upon receipt of the application.

3.  Once accepted, tuition is required.
